Return & Cancellation Policy
One-Time Services: Non-Refundable Engagement
All one-time services are non-refundable once the engagement has started. An engagement is considered "started" when any of the following occurs:
- Initial consultation or discovery call has been conducted
- Project materials have been exchanged
- Work on deliverables has commenced
- Service delivery has begun in any capacity
We encourage all clients to thoroughly review service details and ask any questions prior to purchase to ensure our services align with your needs and expectations.
Subscription Services: Cancellation Policy
For recurring subscription services:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to your next billing cycle
- To cancel, please submit your request in writing to Elizabeth@peaktransformationservices.com or submit cancellation through site. Allow up to 72 hours for the cancellation to be acknowledged.
- No refunds will be issued for the current billing period when cancellation is requested
- Your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period
Billing Cycle Information
Your billing cycle begins on the date of your initial subscription purchase. For example, if you subscribed on the 15th of the month, your billing cycle would renew on the 15th of each subsequent month.
Exceptions
In extraordinary circumstances, we may consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. These exceptions are at the sole discretion of [Your Company Name] management and are not guaranteed.
